Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email, company, project type, budget, deadline and message. No other data is collected without your knowledge.

Purpose and legal basis

Answering your request and, where relevant, preparing a quote. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

Retention

Three years from our last exchange, then deleted.

Recipients and processors

Netlify, Inc. (hosting and form handling), United States. Transfer covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Sanity AS, Norway (hosting of the site’s content and images). Images are served by Sanity’s delivery network: your browser sends it your IP address to display them, without cookies.

Vimeo, Inc., United States (video playback). The player only loads if you start a video, in do-not-track mode: Vimeo then receives your IP address and may set technical security cookies, with no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your data is never sold, transferred or used for advertising.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@thomasremblier.fr. Answer within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no request is sent to a third-party font service. Only the Vimeo player, loaded solely at your request, may set technical security cookies.
